Some of the responsibilities we all share are: serving and cleanup in the dining room as well as doing dishes, setting up for meals, helping in the Gift Shop and Snack Shop, helping on the Ropes Course and team games, cleaning of cabins when groups have departed, keeping the grounds clean of litter, maintenance projects, and helping in other areas as needed. Each Staff person will have at least one day off each week with some free time each day in the afternoon and evenings. We expect that staff will conduct themselves in such a manner that they will not give reason to question or cause ill feelings between staff, groups, and our neighbors. As staff of Silver Cliff Ranch, you will not be permitted to use alcohol, non-prescription drugs, or tobacco in any form. Using of such, will be cause for immediate dismissal. Your conduct should be such that it will honor God and each other. Silver Cliff summer season dates are mid-May to mid-August. Arrangements can be made through the Manager if you can come earlier or work later. Your pay will be at least $130 per week plus room and board and laundry. You will need to provide a general medical exam form signed by a Physician that you have had within the last 24 months. We will certify you in CPR and First Aid at the start of the summer.
